FREE shipping worldwide on all orders

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is despatched. The email will contain the tracking number for your parcel.

Deliveries to countries other than New Zealand cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box and require a physical address.

For successful delivery please supply a physical address where someone will be present to sign for your item between the hours of 9am and 5pm weekdays.

If you suspect your order has been lost in transit please contact us at sales@kaygoss.com

We will use this delivery information to make a claim with the freight company. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund once we have received confirmation from the freight company that delivery was not successful.


We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Changes of Size

Due to the LIMITED EDITION nature of our garments, if you wish to exchange your garment for another size we cannot guarantee a replacement of the same garment. If another size is not available in the same garment we do not refund but you will retain a credit to use to purchase another garment in our range. If you have any query about size please contact us and we will help you choose. Before returning your items you must email sales@kaygoss.com with the details of why you would like to return your item.

Please include proof of purchase with your returns.

Initial and return shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was faulty

Faulty Items

All Kay Goss garments are HANDMADE and are closely scrutinised prior to despatch to ensure the highest standard of quality. We photo document each despatch.

On the very rare occasion that a fault is found and you receive an item that is not in perfect condition you must contact us in writing within 48 hours of delivery on sales@kaygoss.com explaining why you want to return the garment and we will let you know how to proceed.

You must return the item within 10 days of receipt of delivery.

Return shipping costs shall be at the expense of the customer.

Items must be returned unused, unaltered and with the original garment labels attached and in the original packaging.

All tags must remain in place. Every garment shipped has a tag attached reading “Once this tag is removed, this garment is no longer returnable.

Once we have your returned garment we will inspect it and deem it faulty at our discretion.

If the item is faulty we will refund to you the costs of returning the item to the value of an approved International Economy Courier method and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item.

Kay Goss is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable and insured delivery method and taking note of your tracking number as these remain the property of the customer until a confirmation email is sent to acknowledge our receipt of the garment(s)

Refunds are paid in the same manner in which the payment was accepted (credit card, cheque, direct debit, TT etc). Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from receipt of the faulty item back into our warehouse.

Due to the LIMITED EDITION nature of our garments, if an item is deemed faulty by Kay Goss we cannot guarantee a replacement of the same garment. We will offer a full refund or credit for the original garment should a suitable replacement garment not be available.

Initial and return shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was faulty.

If for any reason the delivery arrives damaged or opened please check the contents before you sign for the item. Kay Goss can not take responsibility if part of a package is missing once it has been signed for by the customer.

Once you sign for the item you are agreeing that you have received the package in good condition and we are then unable to claim from the shipping company if items have become lost or damaged in transit.

Please take a photo of the damage and notify us immediately so we can start procedures with the freight company involved and replace your product.

This policy applies to all national and international orders.

For returns from outside New Zealand there may be an import fee for goods being returned to New Zealand. To avoid this fee, all returned goods must be clearly marked as RETURNS, with a value of less than NZD $20. They will then be exempt from any import charges. Likewise when we despatch exchanges we will mark them as returns to ensure you don't pay any further import fees.

Once you have placed your order you can cancel your order within 24hrs. Once payment is received you cannot cancel your order. You must contact us in writing at sales@kaygoss.com within this period to advise us of the cancellation


All prices on the Kay Goss website are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of 15% goods and services tax (NZ GST).

You may view prices in AUD by selecting the currency converter on the top right hand side of the home page.

When converting prices to another currency or when an item is charged to a credit card a slight variation of between 2% and 5% may occur due to fluctuation exchange rates and credit card company charges.


We aim to despatch your order within 3 business days nationally and internationally once payment has been received.

If there were to be a delay beyond a 21 day period Kay Goss would notify you and you would be eligible for a refund.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

All deliveries require a signature. If we are delivering to a P.O. Box (New Zealand only) your item will be held and you will need to collect with a signature


If you are purchasing Kay Goss products and you live outside New Zealand please be aware of any import duties and taxes that may be charged on delivery into your country. These charges depend on your country’s import legislation and are not covered by Kay Goss. We have no control over these and can not predict what these will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If goods are subject to customs clearance procedures this can cause delays which are not the responsibility of Kay Goss.

Title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.


Payment can be made via DPS by credit cards as approved by DPS and via bank deposit for orders within New Zealand.

International orders via DPS only.

All funds must be authorised and cleared before an order is commenced.


Gift vouchers can be redeemed to pay for your order at www.kaygoss.com

They cannot be exchanged for cash. The expiry date is twelve months from date of purchase.

Due to the limited edition nature of our Made to Order and Hand Made garments we can only guarantee items available on our website at the time the voucher is redeemed

Kay Goss reserves the right to refuse an order.

Non acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

  • The product ordered being unavailable from stock
  • Our ability to obtain authorisation of payment
  • The identification of an error whether pricing, typographical or other within the product information

What about cookies?

What about our advertisers and business partners?

This Privacy Policy only relates to our sites. You should be aware that we are not responsible for the practices of our advertisers or business partners. Our site may contain links to other sites. You should check their privacy policies before providing personally identifiable information to them or any other third party.

Opting In and Opting Out

You will always have the option to opt in to certain services and to opt out of those services at any stage.

This means you may change your mind at any stage about participating in any of our member services. At the bottom of each email is an unsubscribe link, where you can opt-out of receiving emails from us.

Can we change this policy?

In order to reflect the fact that our business is growing constantly, we reserve the right to change this policy at any time. We will notify site users of any changes to the Privacy Policy.


Kay Goss Limited uses secure servers and secure socket layer (SSL) data transfer for strong encryption of all customer information.

Entering a secure area on our site switches on a padlock (situated in the browser bottom status bar). In your address bar you see 's' added to 'http' indicating encryption of data. This means personal data entered at our site cannot be intercepted and read by a third party.

This site has been approved for secure online shopping.

Kay Goss Limited employs advanced technical measures relating to best e-retail practice protecting against loss, alteration or unauthorised third party access to customer information.
